What is Show N’ Tell?

Our Story

Show N' Tell is the brainchild of Tara J. King and Joe Glaser, partners in both life and business. With a shared passion for music and a desire to create high-quality, enjoyable content for a young audience, they launched Show N' Tell to fill a gap they noticed in children's entertainment.

Tara, with her extensive background as a vocalist and songwriter, brings the musical soul to Show N' Tell. Her journey in music has always been driven by a desire to share her talent and bring joy through her voice. The inspiration for Show N’ Tell’s first song, "Like A Panda," came from a simple melody that popped into her head while changing her baby daughter into a panda-themed onesie.

Joe's expertise as a digital producer and his experiences as a former touring musician are the perfect complement to Tara's musical talents. Together, they produce engaging, high-quality animated videos that appeal not just to children but to parents as well. Their aim is always to create music that’s not just bearable for parents to listen to on repeat, but actually enjoyable. Joe and Tara understand, from experience, how much more fun and harmonious family time can be when the music strikes a chord with everyone!

The partnership with Jackie Hostetler, a child development expert and writer, has been pivotal in ensuring the content is not only engaging but also developmentally appropriate for young minds. Her insights have helped to craft videos that support children's growth and learning in a developmentally appropriate and playful manner.

In 2024, Show N' Tell is evolving. Future content will include live-action segments and educational materials, all while maintaining the commitment to quality music and animation. The goal of Show N' Tell remains the same: to provide a fun, educational experience that children and parents can enjoy together.
